Shipping information
1. Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number and the shipping date.
2. Delivery times in mainland France
Indicative time: 2 to 3 working days after shipping (excluding weekends).
Example:
If your order is shipped on a Monday morning, you will normally receive it between Wednesday and Thursday.
National public holidays and possible strikes may extend this time.
3. International delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the geographical area and the chosen carrier:
Europe (outside France): generally 3 to 7 working days.
North America & Oceania: generally 5 to 10 working days.
South America & Asia: generally 7 to 14 working days.
Other regions: time specified when placing the order.
The final delivery information (carrier, estimated time, cost) will be displayed in your cart before you confirm your order.
Local taxes or customs duties may apply upon receipt of the parcel depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Delivery methods and costs
Mainland France: tracked Colissimo (free from €100 of purchase)
Europe and rest of the world: choice between Colissimo International, DHL Express or Chronopost International.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout, based on the total weight of the parcel and your delivery address.
5. Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an automatic e-mail containing your tracking number.
With this number, you can track the progress of your parcel in real time on the carrier's website.
In the event of a delay or delivery problem, do not hesitate to check the online tracking directly or to contact us (see section 8).
